Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo 2022 (AAAE) is the only comprehensive exhibition for Australia’s automotive aftermarket industry, which takes place on 7 – 9 April at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. The theme for AAAE 2022 is ‘Workshop of the Future’ which includes multiple information sharing sessions by industry experts and the latest state-of-the-art technology and equipment displays.

The Automotive Aftermarket division of global automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler will be showcasing a comprehensive range of its products from brands LuK, INA and FAG at AAAE 2022. Along with a full selection of OE quality transmission, engine and chassis parts for European and Asian vehicles, visitors to booth J18 will also be able to view the latest Schaeffler Peugeot 308 race car driven by Dylan O’Keeffe in the recent Supercheap Auto TCR Australia 2022. What’s more, other highlights lined up for visitors include a special appearance and exciting hot lap action by Dylan O’Keeffe. Visitors can also learn more about REPXPERT, Schaeffler’s next-generation online portal for automotive professionals.

Highlights at the AAAE 2022 Schaeffler booth (J18)

LuK – The Transmission Specialist

LuK brand is synonymous with comprehensive drive train expertise which includes clutches, release systems, vibration damping and transmission components. With its LuK products, Schaeffler makes a decisive contribution in ensuring efficient power transmission, increasing driving comfort and simultaneously reducing fuel consumption and emissions.

Schaeffler has over 50 years of expertise in drive trains while the LuK brand has always stood for ground-breaking innovations such as the diaphragm spring clutch ready for series production, the invention and further development of the dual mass flywheel, and the first series production of a dry double clutch.

There are more than 800 components and repair solutions for valve trains under the INA brand with the product range extending from camshafts and bucket tappets to rocker arms, finger followers, innovative hydraulic and electric camphasers and control valves.

Schaeffler has more than 100 years of experience in the field of chain drives and works continuously to further develop its products in 18 research and development centres around the globe. Schaeffler is also a leading manufacturer of idler pulleys and mechanical belt tensioners for dry belt drives and belts in oil. Schaeffler provides INA repair solutions for the aftermarket which include all relevant components such as OE quality chain drive and belt drive component for time-saving and professional repairs.

For lasting repair solutions of the front-end auxiliary drive, the popular INA FEAD KITs contain tensioner and idler pulleys, V-belts (or V-ribbed belts) and other optional components such as overrunning alternator pulley, water pump, crankshaft vibration damper and other accessories.

Dylan’s latest racing car, the Schaeffler Peugeot 308, will be on display at the Schaeffler booth during AAAE 2022. Dylan will also be making a special appearance at the Schaeffler booth and showcasing his driving skills with a few rounds of exciting hot laps.
